Inhance Mutual Funds announced that it is the first fund company to host a carbon-neutral roadshow via DVD.
The firm says that its DVD communicates to its corporate philosophy on investment management to advisors and aligns with Canadians’ growing concerns about the environment and climate change. “The DVD’s overarching message is that through Inhance’s investment process and responsible investing, investors are able to seek healthy returns, while being environmentally and socially responsible,” it says.
Inhance calls its DVD roadshow, “a first for the investment industry,” noting that it is replaces expensive and carbon-heavy presentations. The DVD features presentations by astronaut and former president of the Canadian Space Agency Dr. Marc Garneau, and president and editor of Corporate Knights, Toby Heaps, as well as lead representatives of Inhance’s investment team, vice president of strategic analysis Dermot Foley, and chief investment officer Stephen MacInnes.
