Toronto-based TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) is making changes to three TD ETFs, the investment manager announced Friday.

As previously reported, TDAM will be changing the names of the ETFs, effective Nov. 20:

  • TD S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index ETF will be called TD Canadian Equity Index ETF (TTP);
  • TD S&P 500 Index ETF will be called TD U.S. Equity Index ETF (TPU); and
  • TD S&P 500 CAD Hedged Index ETF will be renamed TD U.S. Equity CAD Hedged Index ETF (THU).

The ETFs’ investment objectives and strategies, as well as TSX ticker symbols, will remain the same. However, the CUSIPs and ISINs for each fund will change.
