IIAC has a new series to help with client conversations

The Toronto-based Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC) has developed a webinar to help advisors talk to their clients about the changes in investment reporting found under the second phase of the client relationship model (CRM2).

Susan Silma, co-founder of CRM2 Navigator, is featured in the webinar and will discuss topics that include:

  • an introductory explanation of CRM2
  • handling investors' questions about performance and fees
  • understanding money-weighted rates of return
  • connecting fees to value

 

There are 10 modules in total, which can be viewed individually or in their entirety. The viewing of the webinar may be eligible for continuing education (CE) credits if approved by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada. However, advisors will be expected to view all 10 modules in order to gain any potential CE credits.
