With the approval of security holders, Winnipeg-based Investors Group Inc. has merged nine corporate class funds and changed in the investment objective of 10 other funds.
The following mergers will occur after the close of business on June 14, 2013:
• Investors Japanese Equity Fund will merge with Investors Pan Asian Growth Fund
• Investors Japanese Equity Class will merge with Investors Pan Asian Growth Class
• Investors European Dividend Growth Fund will merge with Investors European Equity Fund
• Investors Summa Global SRI Fund will merge with Investors Global Fund
• Investors Summa Global SRI Class will merge with Investors Global Class
• Investors Mergers and Acquisitions Fund will merge with Investors North American Equity Fund
• Investors Mergers and Acquisitions Class will merge with Investors North American Equity Class
• IG Mackenzie Universal Global Growth will merge with IG Mackenzie Ivy Foreign Equity Class
• Investors Real Return Bond Fund will merge with Investors Canadian Bond Fund
The following funds now have an investment objective that will allow for more flexibility to invest primarily in the units of other Investors Group funds:

• Investors Canadian Growth Class
• Investors Canadian Large Cap Value Class
• Investors Canadian Small Cap Class
• Investors Canadian Small Cap Growth Class
• Investors North American Equity Class
• Investors Québec Enterprise Class

• Investors U.S. Opportunities Class
