The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) will host a seminar on the new Derivatives Trade Repositories and Data Reporting rule on January 15, 2014.

The seminar will cover new requirements for OSC Rule 91-506 that will come into effect on July 2, 2014. Four key areas OSC staff will focus on include how to report transactions, end user obligations, tips for ensuring dealer compliance and reporting fields.

The seminar will be held at the OSC’s Toronto offices at 20 Queen Street West, on the 22nd floor between 9:00am and 11:00am. Interested participants are to contact Marie Martinez at mmartinez@osc.gov.on.ca by January 10, 2014.
