The Ontario Securities Commission has announced the new membership of the Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee (CDAC) for 2008 – 2010.

The CDAC is comprised of members from a variety of industry sectors and provides consultation to OSC staff on the development, implementation and review of continuous disclosure policies and practices. The committee meets on average five times a year.

Effective immediately, the new members are:
