The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has reiterated that it will not hold in-person hearings until further notice, which it first announced in April as a result of the ongoing pandemic.

The Office of the Secretary will reach out to parties with hearings scheduled up to and including Nov. 30 to determine if their cases can be heard remotely — such as by teleconference, in writing or by video conference.

Members of the public who wish to attend remote hearings may contact the registrar at least two business days in advance.
