Montreal-based MacDougall MacDougall & MacTier Inc. (3Macs) has purchased Toronto-based Castellum Capital Management Inc. Castellum president Karen Shoffner and executive vice president Owen Phillips both will work with 3Macs’ subsidiary, MacDougall Investment Counsel Inc. The acquisition is scheduled to close this month.
