Change follows approval of CI acquisition
Assante Corp. was removed from the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX SmallCap, S&P/TSX Capped Financials and TSX 200 Indices at the close of trading on November 13.
The changes follow the approval of the plan of arrangement whereby Assante would be acquired by CI Fund Management Inc. Assante shareholders approved the plan on November 7.
