(April 7 – 11:10 ET) – To kick off Investor Education Week, the Toronto Stock Exchange will host its second annual Investor Forum at Stock Market Place on Tuesday, April 11, from 12:00 noon to 2 p.m. This year’s theme is The Future of Investing and the event will include several speakers to help investors better understand their financial future.
CP24 will broadcast a live panel discussion about The Future of
Investing, moderated by CP24 Business Editor Libby Znaimer and featuring Fred Ketchen, managing director of ScotiaMcLeod Inc.; Paul Bates, president of Charles Schwab Canada; Patricia Lovett-Reid, managing director of TD Asset Management Inc.; and Dan Richards, President of Marketing Solutions.
In addition to the speakers, there will be free pizza and pop, courtesy of 241Pizza, and the opportunity to speak with representatives of the TSE and various financial commissions, associations and other groups.

North America will mark Investor Education Week through a series of events and initiatives aimed at educating the public.
