Susan Wolburgh-Jenah has been appointed as a vice chairwoman of the Ontario Securities Commission.
According to an Order in Council, approved Feb. 18, Wolburgh-Jenah, the OSC’s general counsel has been appointed to the role for a five-year term. She joins Paul Moore as a vice chairman and David Brown, as chairman.
The OSC has been short a vice chair since Howard Wetston was appointed chairman of the Ontario Energy Board last spring. He joined the OEB in June.
