Prior to joining Marquest, Bentley was president of Navina Asset Management Inc., a specialized investment funds firm which he co-founded in 2006.

Tsang has over fifteen years of experience in the investment industry. She returning to Marquest after a year, where prior to her departure in 2009, she managed two large capitalization, income focused funds, both first quartile funds ranked by Globefund.
