CMA Ontario, and its 20,000 members, is proud to announce nine new Fellows of The Society of Management Accountants of Ontario (FCMA).

The FCMA designation is an honour awarded to Certified Management Accountants (CMA) who, through their outstanding achievements, bring distinction to the management accounting profession and serve as a role model for others.

The new FCMAs are:

  • )Patrick Culhane, Toronto, president & CEO, The Canadian Payroll Association;
  • James Findlater, Hamilton, sole proprietor, Financial Planning and Taxation Services;
  • John Harris, Toronto, vp, finance and corporate services, Runnymede Healthcare Centre;
  • Lourdes Jimenez, Ancaster, management consultant business advisory services;
  • Darlene Kelly, Ottawa, COO, TeraMach Technologies Inc.;
  • Lorri Lowe, Goderich, manager, Downtown Goderich Business Area; and
  • John Pollesel, Lima, Peru, vp and CFO, Compania Minera Antamina.



A recent EKOS survey found the CMA accounting designation is now the preferred employer choice for mid or senior financial management positions, among firms with a professional accountant on staff.

Certified Management Accountants of Ontario is a self-governing professional organization that awards the CMA designation to qualified candidates in Ontario. With 16,000 certified members and 4,000 student members, CMA Ontario is an integral part of a profession that is 47,000 members strong across Canada and around the world.
