The Ontario Securities Commission today announced the new membership of the Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee for 2006-2008. “The CDAC is composed of members from a variety of industry sectors and provides consultation to OSC staff on the development, implementation and review of continuous disclosure policies and practices. The committee meets on average five times a year,” the OSC said in a release.
Effective immediately, the new members are:
