Toronto-based Women in Capital Markets (WCM) is now accepting applications for the 2018 edition of the Return to Bay Street Awards (RTBS), the not-for-profit-organization announced on Tuesday.
Now in its seventh year, RTBS has already helped 42 senior professional women return to the capital markets industry after an extended absence.
The program is designed to increase the number of women in leadership roles in the financial sector by providing mid to senior level professional women the opportunity to resume their careers at the same level at which they left.
This year’s partnering firms include BMO Capital Markets, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Bank of Nova Scotia and Toronto-Dominion Securities, all based in Toronto.
Applications close on Monday, April 16 at 10 a.m. ET.
