(July 5 – 12:50 ET) – Manulife Financial has signed an agreement to begin distributing individual life insurance, annuities and other individual products in Ontario through Central Ontario Financial Group.

Central Ontario Financial Group has been offered a full range of competitive life insurance, living benefits, segregated funds, employee benefits and mutual funds through a network of financial advisors in Central and Southwestern Ontario for twenty years.

Manulife’s agreement with Central Ontario Financial Group follows an announcement on January 31 that Manulife will expand its individual sales and marketing capacity across Canada through distribution agreements with a number of new sales organizations and agencies in the coming year.
