Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers Ltd. announced that its chairman and corporate secretary, Thomas Milley, has passed away.

Tony Consalvo, president and CEO of the Calgary-based firm, has been appointed as interim chairman, and will carry out the position’s duties until further notice.

“We are greatly saddened by the unexpected passing of Mr. Milley. He was a valued advisor and member of the company’s board of directors and will be greatly missed,” Consalvo said in a statement issued on behalf of the company.
