Altamira Investment Services Inc. has launched a new product known as the “High-Interest CashPerformer” for use as a place to save for future purchases or a short-term parking spot while they decide where to invest.

As of Dec. 1, 2004 the High-Interest CashPerformer rate is 2.40%.

This product is a re-launch of Altamira CashPerformer, says Altamira. All investors currently holding CashPerformer will receive the High-Interest CashPerformer rate automatically.

The company says the key benefits of this product include: a competitive interest rate; no fees or service charges; easy access to your money; no minimum balance; RRSP eligibility, and it is insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation.
