Accord Financial Corp. is reporting that its first quarter earnings of $1,189,000 are 23% lower than the same quarter last year. Total revenue declined to $6,663,000 from $7,428,000.
Earnings per share were 13¢ in the latest quarter versus 16¢ in the first quarter last year.
As previously announced, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable June 3, 2002 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 15, 2002.
