The Ontario Securities Commission has levelled allegations against two more people in its case against defunct insurance agency Fulcrum Financial Group Inc.

The OSC alleges Werner Reindorf, president of Reindorf Investments Inc., sold securities on behalf of representatives of Fulcrum and also directly to investors. The OSC said Reindorf failed to ensure investors received accurate information about commissions and didn’t provide investors with written confirmation of transactions.

The OSC also named Leszek Dziadecki in its case yesterday, saying he sold securities linked to Fulcrum without informing his firm, Global Maxfin Investments Inc., and without giving all required information to investors.
