The Mutual Fund Dealers Association recently conducted a nomination and election process to reconstitute its four regional councils. Council members provide the potential members of the regulator’s three-person hearing panels, which adjudicate MFDA disciplinary proceedings.

Council members were elected by acclamation, the MFDA says, and chairs and vice chairs were appointed.
