The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada announced the results of Anthony McPhail’s disciplinary hearing.

On June 9, it was found McPhail had failed to provide documents requested by the MFDA and to appear at the MFDA offices to give information in an investigation of McPhail’s conduct.

McPhail has been prohibited permanently from engaging in any securities related business in the name of an MFDA member, as well as a $50,000 fine and $10,000 in association costs.
