The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada will hold its annual general meeting of members at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto on September 15, IIROC announced Friday.

At the meeting, members will:

– consider IIROC’s annual report and financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 and the report of the auditors;
– elect directors;
– appoint auditors; and
– approve changes to the by-laws to permit the IIROC board of directors to fill a vacancy for less than the remainder of the term,

Meeting materials were mailed to members on August 18.
