The Alberta Securities Commission has announced that a hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, August 2, 2007, regarding the conduct of Daryl Joseph Klein, Kleincorp Management Inc., Douglas Arnold Clarke, and Bick Financial Services Inc. in British Columbia.

The hearing will be conducted under the reciprocal enforcement provisions of the Alberta Securities Act.

In the Notice of Hearing, ASC Staff seek reciprocal orders in Alberta similar to those made on October 17, 2006 by the BC Securities Commission.

These orders are based on admissions by the parties named above that they violated securities laws in BC when they traded in, and distributed Kleincorp Management securities without being registered to do so and without filing a prospectus.

Douglas Clarke also admitted to violating securities laws in BC through unregistered advising and making misrepresentations to potential investors about Insta-Cash Loans.
