The Alberta Securities Commission has issued an interim cease trade order against several Lethbridge, AB.-area businesses and salespersons.
The 15-day interim cease trade order is in effect against Alberta numbered corporations operating as Front Row Tickets, Front Row Events and S & I Holdings, as well as the principal of Front Row Tickets, Jason Allen Hunt, Beaune Investments Ltd., and several salespersons: Sam Sakai Tamura, Anthony Pittarelli, Giovanna Campanelli-Pittarelli, Robert Claire Pilling, Justin David Beaune, Daniel Neil McLeod, and David Dee Kearl.
The ASC panel issued the interim cease trade order after reviewing evidence that these parties had engaged, and may still be engaged in illegal trading of Front Row Tickets securities. ASC staff presented evidence that the parties have raised approximately $40 million from at least 200 Alberta investors to date.
The interim cease trade order prohibits all trading in securities of Front Row Tickets and also prohibits all of these parties from trading in any securities or relying on any exemptions, with one exception for trades conducted through a registered representative. A further hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. on August 8, 2007 to determine whether this interim cease
trade order should be extended.
