FP Canada has named the top performers of the October 2025 sitting of the certified financial planner (CFP) exam.
Earning spots on the certification body’s President’s List with their top scores are:
- Hayley Cole, Raymond James Ltd., Victoria, B.C. — first place
- Luke Glombick, TD Wealth Private Investment Advice, Edmonton — second place
- Konstantinos Piteros, Ottawa — third place
Two candidates earned top scores on the qualified associate financial planner (QAFP) exam, and tied for first place:
- Ryan Learn, Meridian Credit Union, Welland, Ont.
- Ethan Anderson, Public Employees Benefits Agency, Regina.
The CFP exam was written by 475 candidates, and 71% of first-time writers passed. Another 45 candidates wrote the QAFP exam, with a pass rate of 77% for first-timers.
The next sitting for the CFP exam will take place on May 6 and 7, with the next sitting for QAFP exam scheduled for Feb. 4.
