Toronto-based Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has launched a new dividend-focused ETF. Vanguard FTSE Developed ex-North America High Dividend Yield Index ETF is designed to follow the performance of a broad international equities index measuring the investment returns of large- and mid-cap companies in developed markets outside North America that offer a high dividend yield. The ETF has a management fee of 0.28%.
