TSX Group Inc. on Wednesday announced the creation of a new suite of disclosure services for publicly listed companies, in partnership Canada NewsWire Ltd.

CNX Marketlink is a comprehensive suite of enhanced investor communication tools, combining the existing CNW products and services with TSX technology.

“We believe that combining the expertise of these two leading organizations will provide our issuers with an attractive new option to meet their corporate communications needs,” said Richard Nesbitt, president of TSX Markets and TSX Datalinx, the trading and market data operations of TSX Group. “We will offer new technologies to the information dissemination business, enabling us to expand the reach and visibility of subscriber news to the marketplace.”

The product offering for includes the distribution of news releases via CNW’s Canadian Disclosure Network and the addition of news release alerts in real-time to the investment community.

Webcasting and conference call services will be also be available.

Regulatory filing services will streamline the delivery of information. Documents and news releases will be submitted to both SEDAR and EDGAR.
