(July 21 – 16:35 ET) – The TSE is moving to a fully-electronic notice distribution system as of September 1.

The exchange will begin e-mail distribution of TSE Regulatory Notices and Notices to Participating Organizations on August 15. Initially, subscribers will receive their notices by both e-mail and snail mail. However, effective September 1, they will only be distributed by e-mail.

Notices will be delivered as Adobe Acrobat attachments with suggested routing instructions. The contact person at each firm will be responsible for proper routing within their firm.

The TSE doesn’t have e-mail adresses for it subscribers and is asking that subscribers register with the TSE by August 15.
