(August 22) – Technical problems are delaying the TSE’s opening once again today.

The TSE says it has postponed trading due to problems that occurred during the opening this morning. It is investigating and a further update will be issued at 10:00 ET.

The TSE has been relatively problem free most of the summer, after a string of technical problems earlier in the year. Previous heavy volumes have caused technical outages that necessitated delayed openings, early closes and other trading gaffes.
