The Ontario Securities Commission
has issued a notice of hearing
against YBM Magnex International
Inc., 10 company directors,
officers and advisors and two
Canadian securities dealers.
An extensive list of allegations
ranges from the content of the
company’s preliminary and final
prospectus, improper disclosure
and possibly misleading statements
made to the commission itself.
The respondents’ first
appearance before the OSC is set
for Nov. 29.
