(September 3 – 14:45 ET) – DBRS is rating Rosedale Trust’s senior short-term notes at R1 (high). Its subordinate short-term notes are rated R1 (middle). The trust’s subscription notes receive “A.”

DBRS says the ratings are based on the notes’ spreads and the performance of the portfolio. The rating service also cites the portfolio’s diversification and its quality, among other considerations.
