(September 10 – 17:45 ET) – Beth Kidnie, vice president, finance, and chief financial officer of Co-Steel Inc., has submitted her resignation. She officially vacates her post on Sept. 30, 1999. A statement from the firm released today says she is leaving “to pursue other opportunities.”

Terry G. Newman, the firm’s president and CEO, says Co-Steel has already begun a search for Kidnie’s replacement. In the interim, Co-Steel Inc. treasurer Andy Boulanger will manage the company’s day-to-day financial matters.
