William Hess has resigned as president of the Canadian Venture Exchange according to a report in the Globe and Mail.
It is reported that Hess will leave his position at the end of the year.
CDNX vice-president Gerald Romanzin has been tagged to head up operations while the exchange begins its search for Hess’s replacement.
The CDNX was taken over by the Toronto Stock Exchange in July.
