Unitholders of Canada Trust Income Investments today voted in favour of terminating the trust as soon as reasonably practicable in 2007.

The Canada Trust Company, the trustee and manager of the trust, says the results of the vote will be posted at www.sedar.com and www.tdassetmanagement.com.

Based on the results of the vote, Canada Trust intends to terminate the trust on October 31.

Canada Trust Income Investments is a closed-end income investment trust that was established in 1973. Units of the trust trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CNN.un.
