TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Mutual Funds, announced today that it has chosen to charge a lower management fee than the management fee set out in the prospectus on nine funds.
While the maximum management fee remains unchanged, TDAM has chosen to charge a lower management fee on select fixed income, U.S. equity, and global equity funds, as outlined below:
