StrategicNova Funds Management Inc. reports that it has adjusted the net asset value per share for the StrategicNova Europe RSP Fund, StrategicNova World Equity RSP Fund, StrategicNova U.S. Midcap Value RSP Fund and the StrategicNova World Strategic Asset Allocation RSP Fund as at July 1.

StrategicNova, in consultation with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, have determined that the NAVPU for three of the funds was understated and the NAVPU for one of the funds was overstated.

The NAVPS for the StrategicNova Europe RSP Fund changes from $3.76 to $3.84. The NAVPS for StrategicNova U.S. Midcap Value RSP Fund changes from $4.08 to $4.58. The NAVPS for StrategicNova World Strategic Asset Allocation RSP Fund changes from $4.27 to $4.81. The NAVPS for StrategicNova World Equity RSP Fund changes from $3.50 to $3.48.

The company will contact all unitholders of these funds directly to explain the details of this situation. Any unitholder who may have been adversely affected will be compensated by StrategicNova.
