Standard Life Mutual Funds Ltd. has proposed a change to the investment objectives of the Legend U.S. Growth Equity Pool.

The proposed objective reads as follows:

“The fundamental investment objective of the Pool is to provide superior capital growth by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of small and mid capitalization American companies that consist of traditional growth companies. Returns will come primarily in the form of capital gains as the companies’ shares in which this Pool invests would not normally pay dividends.”


Unitholders will be asked to approve the change at a meeting scheduled on December 7 in Montreal.
