(January 5 – 10:15 ET) – Retrocom Growth Fund iRetrocom is opening an Atlantic Canada office in Halifax to provide local service in Nova Scotia as well as in New Brunswick. Retrocom will be available to East Coast investors this RRSP season.

Regional manager Bill Eichinger will head the new office. Eichinger has been with Retrocom since December 1997.

Retrocom Growth Fund is a labour-sponsored investment fund, which is 100% RRSP eligible and offers investors 30% tax credits. Retrocom specializes in providing venture capital for new construction and expansion projects for small and medium-sized businesses by way of debt and equity financing.

Retrocom presents itself as an opportunity for value investors to take advantage of lower-risk investment opportunities in the real estate and construction financing sector.
