The Canadian Mutual Fund and Marquee Awards Gala, which recognizes the top investment funds, investment management companies and the marketing initiatives of the financial services industry, today announced a strategic partnership with investment fund research firm Morningstar Canada.
“This new alliance with Morningstar Canada is a natural fit and clearly helps us raise the bar — Morningstar’s contribution to the awards, their criteria and voting processes including its deep data and research capabilities, will reinforce this respected recognition of excellence”, says Sabine Steinbrecher, founder, Canadian Mutual Fund Awards.
This year celebrates the seventh Annual Canadian Mutual Fund Awards and the second Annual Marquee Awards where top funds and companies are recognized and rewarded for excellence in their particular fields.

The new joint Web site www.awardlibrary.com was launched today to offer more information on how to vote, categories, criteria, voting committees, and the gala itself.
Voting closes on November 15 and winners will be announced at the Gala on December 5, at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto.
