The Mutual Beacon Fund was awarded Best U.S. Equity Fund at the 7th Annual Canadian Mutual Funds Awards Gala, held last night in Toronto. The fund is managed by David Winters and Matthew Haynes of Franklin Mutual Advisers in Short Hills, NJ, and employs a deep- value investing style.
