The Mutual Fund Dealers Association has published French translations of its inaugural rulebook. The MFDA website now offers French versions of the proposed self-regulatory organization’s rules, by-laws and policies. The notices the SRO has put out so far are still available in English only.
The MFDA is expected to begin admitting members at the end of the month.
