Opus 2 Financial Inc. has changed the investment manager of two of its funds. Opus 2 Foreign Equity (E.A.F.E.) Fund, formerly managed by Northwater Capital Management Inc. will now be managed by Lazard Asset Management (Canada), Inc.

The Opus 2 Foreign Equity (RSP) Fund will now be managed by TD Quantitative Capital a division of TD Asset Management Inc.

Also effective February 1, 2002, Opus 2 changed the sub-advisor to the Opus 2 Canada Plus Balanced Fund for EAFE equities from Northwater Capital Management Inc. to TDAM. These changes also affect the Opus 2 Ambassador Funds where an Ambassador Fund invests in one of the underlying Opus 2 Funds.
