“The Investors Group Commitment” is detailed in the full-page ads that have been running in major daily newspapers across the country.
“In the aftermath of the September 11th tragedies and subsequent economic uncertainty it is understandable if some people have had their confidence shaken,” said Sandra Metraux, Investors Group senior vice president of Strategy and Corporate Marketing. “We have found that our promise to clients, expressed as the Investors Group Commitment, has served as a reliable and consistent reference point for many people — helping them move forward with confidence during difficult times.”

The full service personalized approach strikes a resonant chord with people who have more than $100,000 to invest according to Investors Group research carried out over the past 12 months. The research shows that nearly 81% of Investors Group clients have received financial planning services compared to just over 63% of investors with other firms. And 94% of Investors Group clients with $100,000 or more to invest who have a written plan are either very or somewhat likely to recommend Investors Group to their relatives and friends compared to 87% of competitors’ clients.
