Toronto-based Counsel Portfolio Services Inc. on Monday announced that investors approved certain fund mergers at two special meetings held on March 12.
Counsel Income Managed Portfolio will merge intoCounsel Monthly Income Portfolio (formerly known as Counsel Regular Pay Portfolio) and Counsel World Managed Portfolio will merge into Counsel Balanced Portfolio.
The mergers will be implemented on or about March 23.
