Mackenzie Financial Corp. today announced that investors approved the resolutions discussed at a special meeting for Mackenzie Cundill Value Fund, Mackenzie Cundill Canadian Security Fund, Mackenzie Cundill Canadian Balanced Fund, Mackenzie Cundill Recovery Fund, and Mackenzie Cundill Global Balanced Fund.

One resolution ratified the appointment of Mackenzie as the trustee of the Cundill Funds.

Another resolution established the Mackenzie Funds Independent Review Committee as the independent governance body for the Cundill Funds.

A third resolution approved amendments to the master declaration of trust that governs the Cundill Funds as necessary to change the quorum requirements for investor meetings.
