Oakville, Ont.-based Integra Capital Ltd. has announced changes to the Integra Equity Fund, Integra Balanced Fund, Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund and the launch of a new Global Equity Fund offered by way of a prospectus. The changes are effective Monday, September 15.

Integra Balanced Fund

Integra Balanced Fund will invest in the securities of Analytic Core U.S. Equity Fund, Acadian Core International Equity Fund, Integra Bond Fund, Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund and Integra Newton Global Equity Fund.

The target weighting of the fund’s investment in each of Analytic Core U.S. Equity Fund and Acadian Core International Equity Fund will be 8.5%, in Integra Bond Fund will be 40%, in Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund will be 28% and in Integra Newton Global Equity Fund will be 15% of net assets (exclusive of cash and cash equivalents), subject to a permitted deviation of 2.5% above or below the target weighting to account for market fluctuations.

Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund

Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund will have two new portfolio managers: Highstreet Asset Management will manage 45% of the assets and Lincluden Management Ltd. will manage 27.5% of the assets. The remaining 27.5% of fund assets will be managed by J.Zechner & Associates, a current portfolio manager of the fund.

Integra Equity Fund

Integra Equity Fund will invest in the securities of Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund, NWQ U.S. Large Cap Value Fund, Integra International Equity Fund and Integra Newton Global Equity Fund. The target weighting of the fund’s investment in Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund will be 70%, in NWQ U.S. Large Cap Value Fund will be 10%, in Integra International Equity Fund will be 10% and in Integra Newton Global Equity Fund will be 10% of net assets (exclusive of cash and cash equivalents), subject to a permitted deviation of 2.5% above or below the target weighting to account for market fluctuations.

Integra Newton Global Equity Fund

Newton Capital Management Ltd. is the portfolio manager of Integra Newton Global Equity Fund. The fund was previously a private fund offered by way of a prospectus exemption. This fund’s objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through a portfolio of global equities, which are sufficiently diversified to minimize investment risk. To achieve its objective, the fund invests in equities issued by companies in North America, Europe, Australia and the Far East. The fund may hold up to 25% in emerging market stocks and up to 10% in cash or cash equivalents.
