HSBC Investments (Canada) Limited, manager of the HSBC MM U.S. High Yield Bond Pooled Fund and HSBC Investment Funds (Canada) Inc., manager of the HSBC U.S. High Yield Bond Fund will terminate and wind up these funds on Feb. 1, 2008.
Units from either fund have not been sold to the public.
HSBC Investment Funds (Canada) Inc. is a subsidiary of HSBC Investments (Canada) Limited, which is wholly owned by HSBC Bank Canada.
