Horizons Advantaged Equity Fund Inc. has completed the reassignment of fund and investment management duties, JovFinancial Solutions Inc. said Wednesday.
Fund management duties were assigned to JovFinancial Solutions Inc. from affiliate Horizons Investment Management Inc. (formerly named JovInvestment Management Inc.).
The fund’s investment management responsibilities were assigned to Leon Frazer & Associates Inc., which previously acted as an investment sub-advisor to the fund, from Horizons Investment.
“The assignment of management functions to JovFinancial and investment management functions to Leon Frazer is being done to better align the responsibilities for the fund within the Jovian Capital Corp. group of companies and is not expected to have any material impact on the fund’s operations or expense levels,” JovFinancial said in a release.
T.I.P. Wealth Manager Inc. remains as portfolio sub-advisor to the fund.
