Guardian Group of Funds Ltd. has launched a new Web site for financial advisors that allows them to manage their clients’ accounts easily and efficiently.

The new site, located at advisor.ggof.com, is a comprehensive client management tool, allowing financial advisors to log in to their own secure page to view client account information and statements.

Advisors can also request documents, such as prospectuses, annual reports and brochures, be mailed to them directly, or e-mailed with a personal message to clients. Advisors can also review their assets under administration at GGOF and service fees earned. Much of the information on the site is updated daily.

“Our new advisor Web site gives financial professionals instant access to the assets managed on their behalf by GGOF,” said Harold Hillier, president and CEO, GGOF. “Providing better service for advisors translates into better service for their clients.”

Other features of the advisor site include:

  • Weekly market commentary by Gavin Graham, director of investments, GGOF;
  • A fund manager communication section, with manager biographies, questions and answers, and direct e-mail for investment questions;
  • Ability to subscribe to e-mail lists for performance and other daily news;
  • Ability to make non-financial changes to advisor information;
  • Business building tools, such as co-op ads and client brochures;
  • Wholesaler team contact information;
  • GGOF events calendar; and
  • An online client service chat line.
